Digitalization \& AI Lead
Join us as Digitalization \& AI Lead and play a key role in shaping our digital future by harnessing data, automation and AI to drive performance, efficiency and innovation across the organization.

Main responsibilities :

• Strategy Execution: Define and implement digitalization and AI initiatives aligned with business priorities and IT strategy.


• Business Collaboration: Partner with business stakeholders, IT leadership, data teams and external partners to translate needs into digital solutions and foster data\-driven decision\-making.


• Technology Enablement: Work closely with IT to ensure scalable data platforms, system integration, and secure digital architecture.


• Use Case Development: Identify, prioritize, and drive high\-impact AI, analytics, and automation use cases.


• Value Realization: Ensure initiatives deliver measurable outcomes such as efficiency gains, cost savings, and growth.


• Capability Building: Promote digital skills, increase data literacy, and support adoption of new tools and ways of working.

Continuous Improvement: Foster innovation and continuously enhance digital capabilities and processes.

• The position is based at Elopak Corporate Offices in Spikkestad, Norway. You will collaborate closely with global teams and external partners, and some travel (\~ 20%) should be expected.

Qualifications :

• Higher education in Engineering, IT, Data Science or a related field


• 8\+ years of relevant experience in digital, data or technology roles, ideally in manufacturing or industrial environments


• Experience with data platforms, analytics and modern digital architectures


• Strategic and execution\-oriented mindset with experience driving digital transformation initiatives


• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross\-functional teams


• Proven ability to translate technology into business value and impactful use cases


• Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus

Legal authorization to work in Norway is required
