Digital Workplace Security Operations Specialist (d/m/f)
Airbus Defence and Space is looking for expertise in Digital products especially in its EU execution cross countries in compliance with national regulations.

Digital Workplace Specialist (d/m/f) is passionate about Digital and is agile in the way to execute digital technologies in national regulated environments across Europe. She/he is a confident expert and understands the concepts and benefits of Digital in regulation. She/he strongly contributes to the transformation of Airbus IT as a product, by influencing culture change and establishing new ways of working and leadership.

Your tasks and responsibilities
- Proves value of new technologies mainly related with endpoints security
- Contributes in the development and optimization of client protection global strategy and solution design
- Works closely with business and security stakeholders gathering requirements and identifying solutions.
- Monitors technology and sector trends to advise on endpoint security specific topics related to the existing technologies and future strategy in the Airbus environment.
- Guides and supports the selection of the appropriate technologies and solutions. Uses this knowledge to bring value to business units to enhance the enterprise’s competitive edge.
- Supports the technical teams to review the designed solutions, its implementation and troubleshooting of complex issues.
- Is able to make recommendations for buy versus build decisions
Dimensions
The Digital workplace specialist will contribute to increase the user experience and the performance of the product (operational and financial) in:
Quantity: 50000 endpoints, 3 products (Antimalware, Data Protection, encryption)
Scope : End point security tools
EU perimeter 4 core countries (FR,GE,SP,UK)
Desired skills and qualifications
- Experience in implementing and managing security technology systems.
- Strong analytical skills to identify and solve issues.
- 10 years of experience in Cyber Security / IT Security
- Communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Technical/Security related project management capabilities to lead technology initiatives.
- Knowledge and practical experience in various IT Security domains/technologies such as:
- Asset classification and protection.
- Threat Prevention.
- Network Security.
- Encryption.
- Experience and knowledge in Trellix and Fortra products will be a plus.
