• To design, develop and deliver full-stack digital transformation solutions covering automation, workflow, digital forms, and AI and AI applications


• Development of custom AI applications, including locally hosted solutions using open-source models


• Work with business stakeholders to identify automation and AI opportunities .


• To contribute to the Branch’s digital transformation and AI strategy

Essential skills
Full stack development exposure with Python and Java Script • Full-stack development experience,

• Strong programming skills in Python, including experience building APIs and services (for example using FastAPI or Flask).


• Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JSON and REST APIs


• Experience with AI and Large Language Model (LLM) fundamentals including prompt engineering, context management, and Retrieval.


• Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts with a demonstrated appetite to develop deeper AI and agentic AI engineering skills.
