As an apprentice, you will join a dynamic team at the heart of Alstom Services’ operational and industrial activities, within the Spare Parts department. This department plays a key role in ensuring the performance and availability of our customers’ railway fleets. It is responsible for managing, optimizing, and supplying spare parts.
Under the guidance of the Program Manager in charge of competitiveness and innovation (notably through the use of 3D printing for the manufacturing of certain components), the department develops innovative, more sustainable, and higher‑performance solutions.
Your main responsibilities will be divided into two areas:
Digital Transformation: (70%)
- Support data enrichment from Customer Installed base
- Establishing next Spares business models
- Being actor of Building Faster maintenance solutions
- Reducing Risk of Obsolescence and the Carbon Footprint
- Enabling Agile Manufacturing including 3Dprinting
- Lab Referent \& Daily Operations (KPI Tracking \& Reporting)
- Training \& User Support
- Promotion \& Engagement
