About Vallebona

Vallebona is a premium Italian–Japanese food and wine company based in Wimbledon Village.
Our business combines a wine bar (Vineria), retail shop, catering, and private events — all centred around artisan products, storytelling, and warm hospitality.

We are growing our events and experiences offering, and we are looking for a creative and organised Digital Assistant to help us elevate our online presence and drive engagement.

The Role

This is a hands\-on, creative role supporting our day\-to\-day social media and digital marketing activity.

You will work closely with the founder (Stefano Vallebona) and the team to bring our brand to life online — from Instagram posts to newsletters and event promotion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and schedule content across Instagram (and other platforms if needed)

  • Create engaging posts, captions, reels and stories aligned with our brand

  • Assist in promoting events, wine tastings, and private hire experiences

  • Support email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp)

  • Coordinate simple photo/video shoots (iPhone is fine – storytelling is key)

  • Help maintain a consistent visual identity and tone of voice

  • Monitor engagement and suggest simple improvements

What We’re Looking For
  • Passion for food, wine, hospitality, or lifestyle brands

  • Strong eye for aesthetics and storytelling

  • Good understanding of Instagram (reels, trends, captions, engagement)

  • Confident writing engaging, natural copy

  • Organised, proactive, and able to work independently

  • Basic knowledge of Canva, Instagram tools, or similar

  • Bonus: experience with Mailchimp or content planning tools
