We are seeking a Digital Sales Executive to develop and grow relationships with automotive dealers across Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional who thrives on building partnerships, identifying opportunities, and delivering data\-led digital advertising solutions that help customers achieve their business objectives.

You will manage an assigned customer portfolio, drive new business opportunities, and act as a trusted advisor, using your digital expertise and commercial insight to create value for both customers and the business.

What you'll do:

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth.


• Build strong relationships with existing and prospective automotive dealer customers.


• Identify, qualify, and convert new digital advertising opportunities.


• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and close.


• Provide consultative advice based on customer needs, objectives, and challenges.


• Analyse campaign performance and market data to identify growth opportunities.


• Present tailored digital advertising solutions and recommendations.


• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and revenue forecast.


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign delivery.


• Share customer insights to support product development and commercial strategy.


• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and changing customer needs.

• Proven success in sales, account management, or business development.


• Experience working with digital advertising products and solutions.


• Strong relationship\-building and stakeholder management skills.


• Demonstrated ability to identify and convert new business opportunities.


• Experience managing sales pipelines and achieving revenue targets.


• Strong commercial negotiation and influencing skills.


• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into customer recommendations.


• Experience working with automotive, media, advertising, or digital marketing clients (advantageous)


• Knowledge of paid search, paid social, and digital campaign performance metrics.


• Experience using CRM systems and forecasting tools.
