Digital Project Manager (m/w/d)

Civocracy is looking for a Digital Project Manager – French/German (M/F/X) to join our team on a fixed\-term contract for 8 months, starting in September or October 2026.

We are now looking for a digital project manager who is keen to help execute effective collective action projects with our clients in Germany and France.

Your mission

Working closely with our Business Development Directors, you will help Civocracy deliver impactful projects across a variety of industries and topics. Our projects are shaped by innovative cooperative formats, courageous communication and unusual partnerships.

Your responsibilities

• support our clients in the conceptualisation and execution of cooperative projects


• coordinate project timelines, deliverables and communication with clients and partners


• support the monitoring and analysis of project results and the creation of case studies that demonstrate impact


• depending on your profile, contribute to content creation for our website, social media channels and project campaigns

In our dream world, you bring:

• strong organisation and communication skills


• at least 3 years of project management experience


• confidence in working autonomously and taking ownership of your tasks


• an eye for design when it comes to slide decks, websites and campaign assets, for example in Canva, Framer, Figma or InDesign


• experience with digital campaign management and marketing tools, such as Mailchimp, Zapier or Meta Ads


• experience in monitoring and reporting campaign metrics


• native\-level French and fluent German and English


• a genuine interest in democracy, social impact and collective action

• Salary range: 3800\-4000€ gross for a full\-time position


• flexible working hours


• 80–100% position

Berlin is preferred. You can flexibly work from home or from our office at Mindspace on Friedrichstraße.
