Every young person should be defined by their talent and potential. Never their circumstances. That's the conviction social entrepreneur Iain MacRitchie founded the MCR Foundation on in 2006\. It's driven nearly 20 years of independently evidenced impact through its flagship and now independent MCR Pathways mentoring programme.

Now we aim to radically scale that founding mission through KeyTu, our pioneering mentoring software platform. It's being developed to be free issued to pioneering partners to provide them with all the processes and content for trusted adult relationships to flourish and impact. All distributed and supported through our dedicated Community Interest Company, which will drive our national and international reach. The ambition is bold. We want to reach 250,000 young people across the UK. Getting there is both a social cause purpose and technology challenge. If you relish the greatest of challenges, and want to make and experience a life changing difference, read on. For this job or if it does not fit, please do join our cause as a volunteer.

As Digital Product Manager, you'll help continually deliver and develop the platform that carries our ambition. Critically, to be KeyTu’s technical, functional and quality assured conscience. The core KeyTu platform is at MVP stage and already includes ten young people designed mobile apps and our dedicated AI which only draws on our created, curated and expert reviewed content. You’ll understand quality coding and leverage all the tools and our international roster of architects and developers to give our partners all the capabilities, security and confidence they need. You will be comfortable mixing it with users and communicating and managing partners and their demanding expectations. Exceptional response times and customer service will be your natural default.

Ideally we're looking for someone who has experienced developing and successfully launching a digital product. You'll understand technical trade offs but with security and safeguarding never compromised. And you'll want your career progression to be part of something with local, national and international social cause ambitions.

If you have those skills, and share our values of motivation, commitment and resilience, held together with empathy, compassion and humility, we want to hear from you! If not for this role, watch this space for opportunities opening up in our London team this year, and in Manchester, Bristol and Wolverhampton in 2027\.

Please do send us your CV, along with 500 words on why you could make and experience a life changing difference.

The scale is new. The mission is not. Help us build the system young people can trust to inspire them to realise their immense potential.
