What's your mission?
Lead the development and evolution of the company's digital products, combining a product management vision with a UX/UI design sensitivity, to deliver solutions that bring value to both the business and the end users.
️Here’s what you’ll be rocking every day
Digital Product Management:
- Define and maintain the product roadmap and backlog in coordination with business stakeholders and the development team.
- Prioritize features based on business value, user impact, and technical effort.
- Coordinate with the development team within an agile framework (ceremonies, refinements, delivery tracking).
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and mockups in Figma to validate ideas before handing them over to development.
- Lead discovery sessions with internal and external users: interviews, usability testing, prototype validation.
- Translate research findings into actionable requirements and product improvements.
- Lead digital transformation projects across the organization, including the identification, evaluation, and adoption of AI\-based solutions.
- Act as a reference point for AI and emerging technologies within the team, promoting their integration into products and internal processes.
- Collaborate with business areas to identify automation and innovation opportunities that improve efficiency and user experience.
- Identify and analyze friction points or issues in ongoing products/projects, proposing solutions.
- Create clear, concise, and visually appealing presentations to communicate progress and outcomes to different audiences (team, management, business areas).
3 years of experience in a similiar role
Educational background: Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related areas. Plus: Master's degree or specific training in UX/UI, Product Management, or Design Thinking.
Desirable previous experience in FIGMA
