Digital Product Manager AI Technologies (m/f/d)

What You'll Do
- Own a product area from user need through release and continuous improvement
- Work with users and stakeholders to understand problems, define requirements, and set priorities
- Partner closely with AI engineers throughout development and delivery
- Define success criteria and validate that solutions deliver the expected value
- Monitor product performance and user feedback to continuously improve the experience
- Contribute to sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and the way our team works
- Support product communication and enable successful adoption across the organization
- 5\+ years of experience in digital product management
- Experience working closely with software development teams
- Strong understanding of agile software development
- Ability to translate user needs into clear requirements and priorities
- Interest in AI technologies and curiosity about how AI products behave in real\-world use
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders
- Comfortable taking ownership, making decisions, and navigating ambiguity
- Excellent English skills. German is a plus
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Work on AI products already used at scale across Arthrex
