Minimum qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 2 years of experience in strategy, analytics, or insight\-based product solutions.

  • 1 year of experience working in customer relationship development, account management, media consulting, client/stakeholder management, or a similar role.

  • Ability to communicate in English and Italian fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:


  • Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns at scale with a focus on performance marketing.

  • Experience in advertising sales, digital marketing, consulting or media specific industry.

  • Knowledge of the advertising industry and of traditional as well as contemporary/online marketing tactics and strategy.

  • Ability to build compelling narratives to influence clients utilizing data and insights.

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple, simultaneous solutions, supported by internal teams.

  • Collaborate closely with account managers/account executives to determine the optimal support for the client portfolio.

  • Develop and apply knowledge of the market, industry, products, and tools in preparation to offer solutions for our clients' business challenges.

  • Analyze data and trends in order to create meaningful insights for clients.

  • Implement solutions, track performance, and optimize against advertiser goals.

  • Report on key performance indicators and value delivered for customers. Create proposals to represent solution design around client goals.
