Digital Marketing Specialist / Tutor
Intech Centre is a leading training provider based in Central London, delivering high\-quality vocational and employability programmes. We have a strong track record of supporting learners through adult skills funding, and we are expanding our provision through the Digital Marketing \& Web Design to help Londoners upskill in high\-demand sectors.
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced and qualified Digital Marketing Tutor to deliver the Digital Marketing \& Web Design Course. This is an exciting opportunity to support motivated adult learners gain a nationally recognised qualification and secure employment or career progression in the digital marketing field.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging and interactive lessons aligned with the qualification requirements.
- Develop schemes of work and lesson plans in line with curriculum requirements.
- Provide support, guidance, and feedback to learners throughout the course duration.
- Monitor and assess learner progress, ensuring all assessment criteria are met.
- Support learner preparing evidence for their portfolio or end\-point assessment.
- Ensure delivery is inclusive, learner\-centred, and of high pedagogical quality.
- Maintain up\-to\-date records of attendance, progress, and achievement.
- Work closely with the Intech Centre team to meet contractual, quality, and compliance requirements.
Essential:
- A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, CertEd, Level 3 Award in Education and Training or higher). If you do not have a teaching qualification but extensive industry experience, you can work to get teaching qualifications.
- Proven experience delivering digital marketing \& web design content or qualifications to adult learners.
- Strong practical knowledge of digital marketing platforms and principles, including:
- SEO/SEM
- PPC
- Social media marketing
- Email campaigns
- Content marketing
- Analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Digital Marketing in Business (how digital marketing teams work in conjunction with other business functions)
- Digital Etiquette \& Communication
- Relationship Building \& Brand
- Hashtags \& Engagement
- AI \& Prompting
- Wordpress
- HTML
- Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills.
- Right to work in the UK and an enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
- Experience delivering accredited Digital Marketing and Web Design qualifications.
- Knowledge of adult education funding and bootcamp\-style delivery models.
- Experience working with learners from diverse backgrounds, especially those unemployed or looking to retrain.
Delivery will take place in our Centre located at 362 Essex Road, N1 3PD
