Want to shape how Stacc meets its market digitally?
-------------------------------------------------------

Stacc’s marketing team is tight and senior: you'll be one third of it. You will work side by side with our Chief Brand Officer, Chief Revenue Officer and our many product teams. We expect you to drive the digital marketing engine from day one. You will help decide what we do and how, and you’ll make sure it gets done.

Your job is to help our buyers buy.

Our market spans financial institutions across the globe, focused in the Nordics and Europe. Our enterprise software is bought by committees, over long cycles through transformative deals. This is enterprise account marketing, not volume lead generation.

You'll create and capture demand, measured in pipeline and recurring revenue (ARR). You will support how Stacc shows up to system integration partners, industry analysts, the media and financial investors.

We’re looking for someone with a proven track record of B2B digital marketing campaigns (ideally in an enterprise software setting), hands\-on SEO, paid search and marketing automation experience, and the curiosity to put AI to work wherever it makes the job better.

Responsibilities
--------------------

  • Account\-based marketing (ABM): Run targeted campaigns toward named enterprise accounts and buying committees, using intent and engagement signals to prioritise effort and shape messaging, helping Stacc acquire new customers while retaining and expanding existing.

  • Paid ads and remarketing: Run ads, remarketing efforts and pick target accounts. Develop and re\-use ad creatives. Manage the budget and performance, and adjust continuously to results, market conditions and Stacc’s evolving product strategy.

  • Digital analytics: Run campaign\-to\-ARR reporting across organic, paid and remarketing, including pipeline sourced and influenced by marketing, and present findings regularly. Your analysis will shape the marketing mix, strategy and sales priorities.

  • SEO / AEO / GEO: Keep the website in line with classic search and AI best practices as they evolve: performance, rankings, content and keywords across Google, Bing and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity.

  • Marketing automation and AI: Use AI tools to support strategy, develop and refine campaign content, and automate marketing and pipeline processes.

  • Website optimisation: Manage and continuously improve stacc.com: performance, design, accessibility, responsiveness, content, site structure, and how it all lines up with campaigns and research.
The role spans multiple software products and all our Nordic markets.

What we’re looking for
--------------------------

Must\-haves

  • 4\+ years in a digital or product marketing role, whether from a marketing department, a creative agency or journalism

  • Experience with marketing enterprise software or fintech B2B products

  • Proven results with B2B digital campaigns: ABM, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads / Bing Ads, remarketing tactics

  • Hands\-on experience with HubSpot or other marketing automation platforms

  • Analytical: comfortable in Google Analytics, Clarity and Semrush, and able to act on what you find there

  • Outstanding writing and editing skills in English; you are a strong presenter

Nice\-to\-haves

  • Comfortable with tools such as Framer, Webflow and/or Figma

  • Design skills: Design and develop visuals and content for our digital channels (such as LinkedIn ads), consistent with the Stacc brand.

  • Video editing or motion design skills

  • Norwegian or another Scandinavian language

  • A degree in marketing, communications, journalism or similar, but we care more about what you’ve shipped
You won’t tick every box, and you don’t need to. If you’re strong on most of this and curious about the rest, we want to hear from you.

Who you are
---------------

You see opportunities and act on them. You like testing things and doing more of what works. You'd rather try a new tool than read about it. You can run several campaigns at once without losing the thread, and you care about where the pipeline lands. A small team demands independence, but you know good marketing is made together with sales, product and design.

What we offer
-----------------

  • Real influence. A small marketing team means no layers between you and the results.

  • Room to grow. Complex projects, modern tools and colleagues who take the craft seriously.

  • Shape your own workday. Flexibility, a healthy work\-life balance and a culture where skill and initiative count for more than pedigree.

  • A social, inclusive workplace. Dedicated colleagues across five offices in the Nordics, well above the tech\-sector average on diversity, and plenty of social events.

  • An office worth showing up for. Waterfront offices at Marineholmen in Bergen, or our Oslo office in the heart of the city.
How to apply
----------------

Want to put your mark on how Stacc meets its market? We’d like to hear from you.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
