Digital Marketing Project Manager (Maternity Cover)

Cork City Centre \| Hybrid (2 days WFH, 3 in office)

Digital Funnel is looking for a Digital Marketing Project Manager to cover maternity leave. It's a varied role. You'll keep website projects and client delivery on track end to end, while also supporting operations and helping account executives where needed.

What you'll do

• Manage new website builds for clients: set scope, coordinate with developers, run QA, oversee content creation


• Be the main point of contact for clients, gathering input and feedback


• Keep projects on time and moving through each step of the process


• Own SOPs: document them, keep them updated, make sure the team follows them


• Support with general graphic design, operations and social media marketing tasks as needed

What you need

• Experience with project management tools (Teamwork.com, Monday, Asana, Jira or similar), including time tracking


• Strong organisational skills, comfortable juggling multiple projects at once


• Website technical knowledge (301 redirects, hosting, domain providers)


• Strong working knowledge of WordPress \& Shopify (or similar CMS/ecommerce platforms)


• AI native, using AI tools to support your day to day work


• General graphic design and social media marketing knowledge


• UX, CRO and/or SEO knowledge is a plus


• Excellent written and spoken English
