We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead Lidder Care's growth objectives.

About the role

Digital Marketing Strategy

  • Develop, implement, and optimise comprehensive digital marketing strategies to support Lidder Care's growth objectives.

  • Manage and execute multi\-channel marketing campaigns, including social media advertising, email marketing, display advertising, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and Pay\-Per\-Click (PPC) campaigns.
Campaign Planning \& Budget Management
  • Create, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaign budgets, ensuring maximum return on investment (ROI).

  • Manage advertising spend effectively while continuously identifying opportunities to improve campaign performance.
Cross\-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate closely with care home, marketing and operational teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.

  • Work with internal stakeholders to improve lead generation, conversion rates, and overall marketing effectiveness.
Performance Monitoring \& Analytics
  • Measure and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs), including website traffic, audience engagement, conversion rates, bounce rates, lead generation, and return on ad spend.

  • Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Customer Journey \& Growth Optimisation
  • Use advanced analytics and marketing technologies to identify customer touchpoints and evaluate the end\-to\-end customer experience across digital channels.

  • Coordinate with the wider marketing team to identify innovative growth opportunities and continuously improve new resident leads for home care and care homes.

  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the health and social care sector.
Skills \& ExperienceEssential
  • Proven experience in a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media advertising, email marketing, and display advertising.

  • Experience managing marketing budgets and delivering measurable ROI.

  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other digital marketing platforms.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data\-driven decisions.

  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms.
Pay: £35,000\.00\-£40,000\.00 per year
