At Dementia UK, we make sure families affected by dementia don’t face it alone. Through our specialist Admiral Nurses, we provide expert advice and support when it’s needed most. Digital engagement plays an increasingly important role in how we reach and support families, grow awareness and build lasting relationships with supporters.

Join us as a Digital Marketing Manager on a one year fixed term contract covering for maternity leave. It’s an exciting time to join the charity as we move into the implementation phase of our new Digital Engagement Strategy, this role will play a central part in shaping how we deliver digital marketing across Dementia UK.

We’re looking for someone with strong experience in strategic email marketing, including audience segmentation, automated journeys and supporter engagement, alongside expertise in paid digital acquisition and campaign optimisation. You will be confident managing complex digital budgets and making informed decisions about spend, performance and audience targeting across platforms such as Meta and Google Ads.

You will also lead and support two Digital Marketing Executives, helping to build skills, confidence and a strong digital culture across the team. Working closely with colleagues across the charity, you will contribute to improving digital engagement and supporter journeys across multiple channels.

Charity experience is not essential, but you will bring strong digital marketing expertise, people management experience and the ability to operate confidently at manager level.

Above all, you will be motivated by purpose and committed to helping Dementia UK reach and support more families affected by dementia.
