The Digital Marketing Manager leads BSRIAs digital marketing activity, managing multi\-channel campaigns, website performance, CRM, automation and analytics to improve engagement, lead generation and customer experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the digital marketing strategy aligned to business objectives and customer needs.


• Plan, manage and optimise digital campaigns across SEO/SEM, email, social media, paid search and display channels.


• Manage the website, content, UX and customer journeys, working with internal teams and external partners to maintain a secure, accessible and effective digital presence.


• Manage CRM activity, data quality, reporting and user support, ensuring compliance with data protection requirements.


• Use analytics to monitor campaign, website and channel performance, providing insight and recommendations to improve ROI, engagement and lead generation.


• Implement marketing automation, integrations and process improvements to support lead nurturing and efficient customer communications.


• Communicate openly and respectfully with colleagues, customers and partners.


• Support change, innovation and continuous improvement.


• Deliver high\-quality work on time and contribute to commercial, practical and science\-based outcomes.

• 35 years hands\-on digital marketing experience.


• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.


• Relevant certifications in CRM, Google Analytics, Google Ads or HubSpot are desirable.


• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM/PPC, Google Ads and campaign optimisation.


• Confident using analytics tools to track ROI, conversion rates and performance trends.


• Experience with CRM, marketing automation and CMS platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Marketo or WordPress.


• Strong communication, stakeholder management and agency coordination skills.


• Commercially aware, adaptable and able to lead or support cross\-functional digital projects.
