Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results\-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our start up. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and generate leads. Duties
- Develop, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including social media, email, SEO, and PPC.
- work with our content creatior and copywriting for websites, blogs, social media posts, and email newsletters to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Oversee management of social media accounts, engaging with followers and analysing performance metrics to improve outreach.
- Conduct SEO audits and implement strategies to improve website ranking on search engines using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Ads.
- Manage website content through WordPress, ensuring information is current, accurate, and optimised for search engines.
- Analyse campaign performance data using analysis skills to measure success and identify areas for optimisation.
- Plan and manage email marketing campaigns using various platforms to maintain customer engagement.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Lead project management efforts for multiple campaigns ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
- Proven experience in management, project management, and leadership within a digital marketing context.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management tools.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), including organisational skills and time management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling copy for diverse audiences.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data insights effectively.
- Experience in B2B marketing strategies with a focus on lead generation and nurturing client relationships.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and IT systems relevant to digital campaigns.
- Fluency in English with outstanding organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
