Monday to Friday, 9am\-5\.30pm (40 hours per week, 1 hour lunch)

Hybrid working 2\-3 days office based and remainder working from home

The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and capable Digital Marketing Executive who can help move our marketing department to the next level. You will be taking ownership of day\-to\-day campaign execution, supporting the Marketing Manager in growing the department capabilities.

This role offers exceptional variety—no two weeks will be the same. You will be interacting heavily with our domestic and international partners, as well as collaborating with every single department across the company to bring our brand to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media \& Community Management: Manage our social media presence across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. You will create and curate content that aligns with our marketing objectives while proactively engaging with our online community in a timely, professional manner.

  • Targeted Email Campaigns: Deliver end\-to\-end email campaigns segmented for our distinct B2B and B2C audiences, utilising HubSpot to execute and manage campaign data.

  • Thought Leadership \& Content Creation: Produce creative and written content, including crafting compelling thought\-leadership articles and B2B materials that resonate with our target audiences (Accommodation Providers, Universities, Investors) and position Housing Hand as an industry expert.

  • Business Development Support: Actively support the Business Development team to generate new leads by using Canva to design high\-quality sales collateral, pitch decks, and event materials.

  • Campaign Optimisation: Apply strong analytical marketing skills to monitor campaign performance within HubSpot, making data\-driven adjustments to optimise engagement and reach.
What you bring to the business
  • Proven Campaign Experience: Evidence of delivering end\-to\-end digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

  • Platform Expertise: Hands\-on experience using HubSpot for campaign execution and data management, alongside a solid analytical mindset to evaluate what works.

  • Social Media Mastery: Experience managing multiple social media accounts for business purposes. Experience with international platforms like WeChat and RED is beneficial but not required.

  • Creative \& Written Capabilities: Strong comfort levels in producing both visual and written content, with proficiency in Canva for creating marketing and sales collateral.
