Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results\-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our innovative marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and generate leads. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilise a broad skill set across various digital channels, including SEO, social media management, email marketing, and paid advertising. The ideal applicant will possess strong organisational and communication skills, with a passion for marketing trends and data analysis to optimise campaign performance.
The role will combine a mixture of working on\-site and home\-based with hours beginning at two days per week with the potential to move to three days per week depending on the candidate and role growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including social media, Google Ads, and email marketing channels.
- Conduct SEO optimisation to improve website ranking and organic traffic through keyword research, content optimisation, and technical audits.
- Manage content creation and copywriting for websites, blogs, social media posts, and promotional materials ensuring brand consistency and engaging messaging.
- Oversee website management using WordPress; update content, monitor performance metrics, and ensure user experience enhancements.
- Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools; prepare reports to inform strategic decisions.
- Coordinate with internal teams on project management tasks related to marketing initiatives; ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
- Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analysing engagement metrics to optimise content strategies.
- Lead email marketing campaigns with personalised messaging to nurture leads and maintain client relationships.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors’ activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
- Demonstrable expertise in project management with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office suite (WordPress, Excel, PowerPoint), and IT systems relevant to digital marketing activities.
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling content tailored for diverse audiences.
- Strong analysis skills to interpret data insights into actionable strategies for optimisation.
- Exceptional organisational skills with effective time management capabilities.
- Outstanding communication skills in English; ability to articulate ideas clearly.
