It is ambitious and bold, but through the commitment of our brilliant people, we’re doing more and more each day to create and deliver incredible wish-list holidays. The types of holidays that people have always dreamt of experiencing. We bring those dreams to life and are the trusted friends of our loyal customers.

The Newmarket Spirit is what binds us together. Throughout this, our 42nd year, and all other years, we strive to grow. To challenge ourselves in new ways. Embracing different points of view and realising our potential. For the right person, their story can begin right here.

The role

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing digital team. This is an exciting and varied opportunity spanning SEO, paid media, affiliates, agency support, social community engagement, and cross-channel performance reporting.

Reporting to our Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll support the day-to-day running of Newmarket Holidays’ online marketing activity across the customer journey. You’ll work across a broad mix of channels, collaborating with internal teams, agencies and other external partners. This is a hands-on role where you’ll help keep campaigns coordinated, content optimised and performance tracked. This is a role for someone who is organised, proactive and wants to build real, practical experience across multiple digital channels. If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.

What you'll do

  • Bring campaigns to life – coordinate campaign asset briefs between our digital agency, Studio and internal copy and web teams, making sure creative for paid social and PPC is accurate and delivered on time, and keep clear records of briefs, assets and sign-off status

  • Grow our affiliate channel – keep the affiliate programme running smoothly by monitoring activity, processing and reconciling monthly transactions, managing partner communications and supporting the onboarding of new partners

  • Turn data into insight – compile weekly and monthly performance reports drawing on GA4, paid media platforms and affiliate networks, keep dashboards up to date and help our Digital Marketing Manager turn the numbers into actions

  • Help customers find us through search – monitor keyword rankings, flag movements and opportunities, and assist the Website Manager with metadata and SEO content in the CMS

  • Support our social community – monitor and respond to comments and messages across Meta and YouTube in our brand tone of voice, escalate anything sensitive, and spot recurring themes that could shape future content

  • Keep learning – stay current with digital marketing trends, share ideas with the team and get involved in new digital initiatives
What we're looking for
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a digital marketing role with the curiosity to learn.

  • Experience working across one or more digital channels, such as paid media, SEO, social media or affiliates.

  • Someone who is highly organised with strong attention to detail.

  • A confident communicator, able to liaise clearly with internal teams and external agency partners.

  • A proactive approach with a willingness to keep developing.

  • Familiarity with GA4 and comfortable working with data and presenting performance information clearly.

  • A genuine enthusiasm for travel and the experiences we create for our customers.
What We Offer
  • A diverse, collaborative team with real opportunities to learn and grow

  • Leaders who are genuinely invested in your development

  • Encouragement to take initiative and try new things

  • Flexible, hybrid working

  • An exciting benefits package including generous annual leave, discount off our own amazing holidays, salary-sacrifice pension scheme, considerate family leave arrangements and pay, various health and wellbeing related benefits, access to an array of voluntary benefits from EV purchase schemes, activity passes, menopause support, and discounts for loads of lifestyle brands and MORE!

  • The opportunity to travel to our destinations and experience our holidays first-hand
