We work closely with emerging and established artists, brands, DSPs and creators to build impactful campaigns and culturally relevant moments.
We are looking for a highly creative, data\-driven and culture\-focused Digital Marketing Manager to help drive audience growth, streaming performance and digital engagement across our DSP and brand campaigns.
Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Manager will lead and execute digital marketing strategies across artist campaigns, MM\-owned platforms and brand partnerships. The ideal candidate understands UK music culture, internet culture and growth marketing, with a strong understanding of streaming ecosystems, social media trends and audience development.
This role requires someone who can combine creativity with analytics and move quickly in a fast\-paced music environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesDSP \& Music Marketing
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns for music releases across but not limited to:
- Spotify
- Apple Music
- TikTok
- X/Twitter
- YouTube
- Audiomack
- SoundCloud
- Create and implement rollout strategies for singles, projects and catalogue campaigns
- Monitor streaming performance, audience behaviour and campaign ROI
- Analyse trends, viral moments and platform behaviour to identify growth opportunities
- Build strategies to increase:
- Streams
- Playlist reach
- Fan engagement
- Audience retention
- Catalogue longevity
- Coordinate release timelines and campaign deliverables
- Manage low\-budget and high\-budget campaigns efficiently
- Assist with playlist strategy and DSP pitching
- Create and manage engaging content strategies across:
- TikTok
- X/Twitter
- YouTube
- Snapchat
- Discord
- Identify emerging content trends and cultural conversations
- Develop creative social campaigns that resonate with Gen Z and music audiences
- Work with editors, designers and creators to produce:
- Short\-form content
- Reels
- Viral moments
- Interactive campaigns
- Community\-driven content
- Help grow Mixtape Madness\-owned social pages and audience communities
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms (be authentic)
- Track and report campaign performance using:
- Spotify for Artists / TikTok 4 Artist / Apple Music for Artists
- TikTok Analytics
- Meta Business Suite
- YouTube Analytics
- Google Analytics
- Chartmetric (preferred)
- Monitor ad performance and optimise campaigns
- Analyse audience insights and recommend improvements
- Build weekly and monthly reporting dashboards
- Manage and optimise:
- Meta Ads
- TikTok Ads
- YouTube Ads
- Spotify Ads
- Test audience targeting, creatives and campaign strategies
- Retarget and optimise campaigns based on conversion and engagement data
- Explore growth\-hacking opportunities and emerging digital tools (Such as Discord, Reddit, Substack)
- 2\+ years experience in digital marketing, music marketing or social media marketing
- Strong understanding of UK music culture and internet culture
- Experience running campaigns across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube
- Understanding of DSP ecosystems and streaming strategy
- Strong copywriting and communication skills
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Highly organised and proactive
- Comfortable working in a fast\-paced environment
