Thanks to continued success, we’re expanding our team and have an exciting opening for a Digital Marketing Executive.
The Role
Reporting to our Head of Paid Advertising and SEO Director, you’ll help plan, execute, and optimise a mix of Google, Meta \& other marketing channels, and wider marketing funnels while ensuring accurate tracking and insightful reporting.
You’ll work closely with the team to craft integrated marketing solutions that maximise ROI for our clients.
Applicants must have previous marketing experience. The successful candidate will bring practical knowledge of marketing while continuing to grow through training and mentorship provided by the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Setup \& Optimisation
- Build and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, Shopping) campaigns. (experience in managing Google \& Meta ads would be a strong differentiater in our application process)
- Support SEO projects: A good understanding of on page and off page SEO techniques will be advantageous
- Launch and refine paid social campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit) where relevant.
- Tracking \& Analytics
- Configure GA4, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking solutions to ensure reliable data (Not essential, but advantageous).
- Analyse performance, translate data into clear insights, and recommend improvements.
- Client Communication
- Prepare and present reports, turning complex metrics into plain\-English.
- Lead client calls and meetings, capturing feedback and aligning on goals.
- Collaboration \& Continuous Improvement.
- Work with designers to develop creative assets.
- Stay on top of industry trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes.
Hands\-on or hungry for hands\-on. You’ve already got experience working within an agency, and have hands\-on experience with SEO and paid advertising.
Analytical. Able to interpret vast amounts of data, and draw logical conclusions in order to refine and improve existing and future marketing campaigns.
Client communication. Whether an email update or a Teams presentation, you explain performance in plain English and build great relationships with stakeholders.
Calm multitasker. In a busy, fast\-growing agency you prioritise workload, keep multiple campaigns on track, and hit deadlines.
Collaborative. You bounce ideas around with designers, writers, and strategists, giving and receiving feedback.
Growth mindset. Eager to learn and develop new skillsets. The platforms we work with continually evolve, the only certainty in digital marketing is that things will change, so anyone coming into this role has to be comfortable with continual professional improvement.

- Salary: circa £35,000 (DOE)
