Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads, social media channels, and email marketing.
- Manage website content using WordPress, ensuring it is optimised for SEO and user engagement.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.
- Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analysis tools; prepare detailed reports to inform future strategies.
- Create compelling copy for digital content such as blogs, social media posts, newsletters, and advertisements.
- Oversee social media management by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring brand reputation.
- Coordinate with the management team on project management tasks related to marketing initiatives.
- Utilise Adobe Photoshop for basic graphic design needs to support campaigns.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors’ activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Lead B2B marketing efforts by developing targeted campaigns aimed at business clients.
- Manage email marketing campaigns from conception through execution while maintaining compliance with data protection regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding across all digital channels.
- Content creator across all social media and website.
- Proven experience in digital marketing management with a strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
- Proficiency in WordPress, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and IT skills relevant to digital marketing tasks.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data insights and optimise campaigns accordingly.
- Experience in copywriting for various digital formats along with creativity in content creation.
- Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies and project management principles is desirable.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
