Digital Marketing Executive
About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and technically minded Digital Marketing Executive to take ownership of our digital presence and help bring the Sheerline brand to life online.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing and digital technology. You’ll play a central role in managing and developing our website, delivering engaging email marketing campaigns, and ensuring our digital channels are always performing at their best.

Key Responsibilities
Website Management \& Development (Primary Focus)
- Take ownership of the company website, ensuring it is up to date, high\-performing, and aligned with brand standards
- Manage and develop the website using WordPress, including content updates, page creation, and ongoing optimisation
- Monitor website performance, usability, and SEO best practices to improve user experience and conversions
- Work closely with internal teams to launch new product pages, landing pages, and campaigns
- Identify opportunities to enhance site functionality and customer journeys
- Design, build, and deliver engaging email marketing campaigns (EDMs) to agreed schedules
- Manage mailing lists, segmentation, and campaign performance tracking
- Work with the wider marketing team to align email content with campaigns and product launches
- Optimise campaigns through testing, reporting, and continuous improvement
- Support the delivery of wider digital campaigns across multiple channels
- Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
- Monitor and report on digital performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations
- Use Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) to create and adapt digital assets
- Support the creation of visuals for the website, email campaigns, and other marketing materials
- Ensure all content is engaging, on\-brand, and aligned with campaign objectives
- Use platforms such as HubSpot (or similar CRM/marketing tools) to manage campaigns, contacts, and reporting
- Maintain accurate digital data and ensure best practices in marketing automation
- Support wider marketing activities and campaigns as required
- Contribute ideas to improve digital engagement and customer experience
- Assist with ad hoc marketing projects and team initiatives
Essential
- Proven experience building, managing and updating websites using WordPress
- Experience designing and delivering email marketing campaigns (EDMs) using Hubspot
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple digital projects
- Good understanding of user experience (UX) and digital best practice
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms
- Basic knowledge of SEO, analytics, and website performance tools
- Experience working in a B2B or product\-led environment
- Creative, proactive, and digitally curious
- Highly organised with a strong eye for detail
- A problem\-solver who enjoys improving processes and user experiences
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast\-paced environment
Garner Aluminium Extrusions is privately\-owned by Roger Hartshorn, a local entrepreneur with a proven track record of creating and growing several major extrusion and window systems companies.
The group consists of; Garner Aluminium Extrusions (Garnalex), formed in 2018, that has benefited from an initial investment of £15m, including a state\-of\-the\-art aluminium extrusion press; Sheerline, offering a range of innovative aluminium windows and door systems (produced by Garnalex) and LB Plastics, a trade extrusion and injection moulding business, also manufacturing the entire range of plastic components for Sheerline.
