Digital Marketing Executive

C \& M Global Ltd are exporters of textiles, second\-hand children’s toys and end of line clearance stocks. The business is rapidly growing, so for the right person there is chance to grow with us!

We are looking for someone with a creative passion for marketing, who can develop original ideas.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage organic (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and sponsored Meta campaigns for engagement and lead generation.

  • Produce high\-quality visual and written content for social media campaigns, blogs, and the website.

  • Produce and manage video content for various platforms, ensuring it resonates with target audiences on TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

  • Copywriting, design and production of flyers, posters, email marketing and other collateral, including brochures, infographics and video content for external target audiences.

  • Regularly update the website, ensuring content is fresh, informative, and optimised for SEO.

  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.

  • Compile reports and statistics to inform business decisions.

  • Monitor and analyse social media and website performance data to optimise content strategies and grow audience engagement.

  • Good knowledge of Google Business tools including Google Analytics.

  • Demonstrate Return on Investment for Marketing activity.

  • Contribute to a friendly, positive and collaborative team environment.

  • Flexibility to assist in other office support jobs, when required.

Desired Skills \& Qualifications
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B Marketing and a passion for reuse/recycling.

  • It is desirable to have a Level 3 Foundation Certificate in Professional Marketing or equivalent.

Schedule:

Full time: Monday to Friday, 8\.00am to 4\.00pm, with 30 minutes unpaid lunch break.

Job Types: Full\-time \- Permanent

Pay: £27,000 to £29,000 per annum
