Pragtige Marketing is a growing marketing agency helping businesses strengthen their online presence through content creation, social media management, branding, and digital marketing.

We're looking for a creative and motivated Content Creator \& Social Media Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role involves travelling to client locations across the West Midlands to create engaging social media content and support marketing campaigns for a range of businesses.

The Role

You'll work closely with our team to create content that helps businesses grow online. No two days are the same—you could be filming content at a restaurant one day and creating content for a retail brand the next.

Responsibilities

• Attend client content shoots across the West Midlands


• Film engaging content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook and other social platforms


• Capture behind\-the\-scenes footage, customer experiences and promotional content


• Assist with content planning and creative ideas


• Edit short\-form videos using CapCut, Canva or similar software


• Support social media scheduling and content organisation


• Keep up with social media trends and suggest new content ideas


• Represent Pragtige Marketing professionally when working with clients

Essential Requirements

• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram and social media trends


• Comfortable filming content on a smartphone


• Basic video editing experience


• Strong communication skills


• Reliable and organised


• Willingness to travel across the West Midlands


• Available for occasional weekday and weekend shoots

Desirable Skills

• Previous content creation experience


• Experience using Canva, CapCut or Adobe Creative Suite


• Photography skills


• Marketing or social media experience


• Driving licence and access to a vehicle
