Digital Marketing Assistant
Role Overview
We're looking for a driven Digital Marketing Assistant to take ownership of our social media and email channels \- creating, executing, and optimising campaigns that deliver real results: audience growth, engagement and conversions.
This is a hands\-on role with genuine scope. You'll work across content creation and channel optimisation, building skills that set you up for the next step in your marketing career.
Reporting to Head of Marketing, the ideal candidate would be a proactive self\-starter who thrives in a fast\-paced environment, a problem\-solver who is not afraid to ask questions and put forward solutions. We are looking for someone who is creative with a data\-driven mindset and who shows passion regarding digital trends, platforms and community\-building.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Create and publish engaging content across platforms (LinkedIn and Instagram) based on the content calendar
- Manage daily posting schedules and community engagement
- Track growth and engagement, experimenting with new approaches to boost reach and followers
- Stay up to date with trends and propose new ideas to meet KPIs and objectives
- Build and deliver email campaigns (newsletters, announcements, nurture flows, business service comms)
- Segment audiences and tailor messaging for engagement and conversions
- Monitor performance open rates, CTRs, conversions) and optimise
- Create new flows, forms, templates and other assets to support campaigns
- Support maintenance of CRM system (Hubspot)
- Support the setup and management of paid ads on Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and other channels
- Monitor budgets, performance and reporting
- Test new paid tactics to drive measurable growth
- Creation of social media graphics
- Supporting the filming and editing of video content
- Ensuring all designs follow brand guidelines consistently
- Track KPIs across channels and deliver regular performance updates.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve results.
- Supporting events i.e. on the day logistics
- Marketing admin
- 2 years minimum experience in a digital marketing, social media, or comms role
- Graphic design skills and experience with Canva
- Proven experience growing social media followings and driving engagement
- Hands\-on experience with email marketing platforms \- ideally HubSpot
- Experience with paid social / PPC campaign management
- Strong copywriting skills with an eye for detail and brand tone
- Confident with analytics and reporting tools
- Bonus: experience with influencer marketing, video content creation, or SEO
