Digital Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a creative, organised and proactive Marketing Assistant to join our marketing agency.

This role is ideal for someone who has a genuine passion for social media, content creation, copywriting and design. You’ll help create engaging content, support client campaigns and bring fresh ideas to the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and schedule social media content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok


• Write engaging copy for social posts, emails, blogs, websites and campaigns


• Create eye\-catching graphics and branded content using Canva


• Create and edit short\-form video content using CapCut


• Support content planning, campaign ideas and creative brainstorming


• Communicate with clients and customers in a professional and friendly way


• Build strong client relationships and support day\-to\-day account activity


• Keep up to date with social media trends, platform updates and industry news


• Suggest fresh content ideas based on trends and what is happening in the market


• Help monitor content performance and prepare basic reports


• Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong copywriting skills and excellent attention to detail


• Experience using Canva to create social media graphics and marketing content


• Experience using CapCut to create and edit short\-form video content


• A strong understanding of social media platforms and content formats


• A passion for social media, trends and digital marketing


• A creative eye for design, storytelling and content ideas


• Confidence speaking with clients and customers


• Strong relationship\-building skills


• Good organisation and time management


• The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines


• A positive, can\-do attitude


• The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team


• A willingness to learn, take feedback and bring new ideas to the table
