<p>As a key member of the Digital Marketing team, you will support the delivery of full-funnel marketing campaigns across affiliate, partnership, content, and social media channels. Reporting to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a central role in content scheduling, campaign coordination, creative briefing, partner management, reporting, and administrative processes to ensure marketing activity is delivered effectively and on time.</p>
<p>This role contributes to driving brand awareness, audience engagement, and revenue growth by supporting the delivery of full-funnel marketing campaigns and ensuring best-in-class execution across digital channels.</p>
<p><strong>What you will do</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage and schedule social media content across platforms using planning tools, ensuring content is accurate, timely, and aligned with the content calendar.</li>
<li>Own and maintain the Pinterest content calendar, including content planning, scheduling, uploading, and optimisation to drive engagement and traffic.</li>
<li>Brief creative assets and copy for social media, affiliate, partnership, and display campaigns, ensuring all outputs align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.</li>
<li>Support affiliate and partnership activity by coordinating campaign assets, communications, and delivery with external partners.</li>
<li>Coordinate campaign assets, copy, and timelines to ensure all digital marketing activity is delivered smoothly and on time.</li>
<li>Support content ideation and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices that improve campaign performance.</li>
<li>Liaise with external agencies and partners to coordinate campaign requirements, asset delivery, and feedback.</li>
<li>Support reporting and administrative processes, including performance tracking and invoice processing.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What you will need</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field</li>
<li>Relevant digital marketing certifications are advantageous (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar platform-based certifications)</li>
<li>1+ years’ experience in digital marketing, social media, or a related field</li>
<li>Experience supporting execution of campaigns across social, content, affiliate, or partnership channels</li>
<li>Exposure to working with agencies, publishers, or external partners</li>
<li>Experience in coordinating assets, scheduling content, and supporting reporting processes</li>
<li>Strong interest and passion for digital marketing and social media, with awareness of current trends and platforms</li>
<li>Familiarity with social and digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest)</li>
<li>Experience with social management tools (e.g. Sprout Social) and basic analytics/reporting tools</li>
<li>Strong organisational and project coordination skills</li>
<li>Good understanding of digital marketing channels including paid social, organic social, and affiliates</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (or equivalent)</li>
<li>Strong written communication skills for briefing and content coordination</li>
<li>High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment</li>
