How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Manager within Impacta Strategy's Digital Practice, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients navigate complex digital and business transformations. Combining strong management consulting capabilities with sound digital judgment, you will work alongside senior executives to identify where technology can create tangible business value and translate strategic priorities into practical, high\-impact initiatives.

This is not a purely technology\-focused role. Rather than designing technical solutions or managing IT delivery, you will advise clients on how digital capabilities \- including AI, automation, data, and digital operating models \- can accelerate growth, improve performance, and transform the way organizations operate.

Working closely with the Digital Practice Lead and Impacta's partners across industries, you will contribute to the development of a fast\-growing practice while supporting some of the firm's most strategic client engagements.

Throughout each project, you will lead multidisciplinary teams, helping clients shape digital strategies, identify high\-value AI and automation opportunities, redesign operating models, and improve commercial and operational performance through technology\-enabled transformation. You will cultivate trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, support business development activities by contributing to proposals and expanding client relationships, and play an active role in strengthening Impacta Strategy's Digital Practice through the development of methodologies, intellectual capital, and talent.

You will also mentor and develop junior colleagues, fostering both consulting excellence and digital problem\-solving capabilities while contributing to a collaborative and entrepreneurial team culture.

The role is based in our Milan or Rome office and reports to the Digital Practice Lead.

Requirements

• Master's degree with an outstanding academic record.


• 4\-7 years of experience in strategy consulting, digital transformation, business consulting, or a comparable client\-facing role.


• Proven experience in digital transformation topics, including AI, data and analytics, automation, digital operating models, digital products, or technology\-enabled process redesign.


• Strong business acumen and the ability to identify where digital capabilities can generate tangible value for clients.


• Excellent analytical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and a structured approach to solving complex business challenges.


• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.


• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to deliver innovative, high\-impact outcomes.


• Experience in sectors such as Energy \& Utilities, Consumer Products, Infrastructure, or other industries relevant to Impacta Strategy is considered a plus.


• Exposure to AI use case design, automation, pricing, sales excellence, supply chain planning, performance improvement, or transformation programs from strategy through implementation is highly valued.


• An established professional network within the Italian market is considered an advantage.


• Fluency in both English and Italian is required.
