Digital Health Project Lead

About This Role:

In the role of Digital Health Project Lead, you will be at the forefront of managing digital products and projects within Biogen’s Digital Health Solutions team. Your primary focus will be on optimizing and expanding existing digital offerings to meet patient needs and align with brand strategies. You will own product roadmaps, guiding strategies that ensure successful project execution and measurable impact. This position requires collaboration with external tech partners and stakeholders to ensure digital health solutions meet both business and user requirements. You will be instrumental in delivering a well\-defined project management roadmap, including clear timelines, deliverables, resource requirements, and key performance indicators. As a critical contributor to Biogen’s digital health value creation, you will support the launch, scaling, and optimization of Digital Health Solutions across markets outside the U.S., applying robust methodologies for KPI definition and impact measurements.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage digital health solutions within the portfolio, overseeing all stages from ideation to maturity.


• Develop and own product strategies and operations, including success metrics and risk management.


• Collaborate closely with the Global Head of Digital Solutions and alliance manager to ensure partner compliance with requirements.


• Monitor launch and market activities against timelines and deliverables, addressing risks proactively.


• Engage with markets to enhance adoption of Digital Health Solutions, through effective business partnering and communication of the value of digital health solutions to market priorities


• Drive market uptake and retention strategies for Digital Health Solutions.


• Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to ensure compliant delivery according to regulations.


• Assess market digital health capabilities to identify short and mid\-term opportunities.


• Deliver strong target solution profiles based on patient journey gaps and market trends.


• Explore new digital health innovations to address business and patient journey challenges.


• Stay informed on trends in patient engagement and adherence through digital solutions.


• Act as a subject matter expert for Digital Health Solutions, advising markets and supporting ongoing initiatives.

Required Skills:

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or health technology sector.


• Significant experience working at a senior level across business units.


• Proven track record in managing and delivering Digital Health Solutions.


• Deep understanding of Pharma/Biotech Customer Engagement Models.


• Background in digital product design and delivery is advantageous.


• Fluent in English; additional languages and multicultural awareness are beneficial.


• BA/BS required; an advanced degree (e.g., MS, PhD, MBA) is a plus.


• Excellent project management skills and structured analytical thinking.

• Experience in a digital health company or similar environment.


• Multilingual capabilities and cultural awareness.
