We are looking for a creative, analytical and digitally‑skilled Digital Growth Coordinator to support the online growth of our aesthetic skin clinic. This in‑house role focuses on strengthening our visibility, improving patient engagement and ensuring our digital platforms reflect the quality and professionalism of our clinic.

You’ll work closely with the clinic manager to optimise our website, manage content, track leads, run paid campaigns and support the clinic’s continued growth through effective digital strategy.

Key Responsibilities

SEO optimisation

• Improve website rankings, update keywords, optimise treatment pages and monitor performance.

Website management

• Update content, upload new treatments, maintain accuracy and ensure a smooth user experience.

Lead tracking \& performance reporting

• Monitor enquiries, track conversions, analyse growth trends and support data‑driven decisions.

Social media management

• Plan, create and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok in line with our brand identity.

Google Ads \& paid campaign management

• Set up, monitor and optimise paid campaigns to drive high‑quality leads.

Brand consistency

• Ensure all messaging, visuals and content align with our premium, medical‑led aesthetic identity.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in digital marketing — ideally within beauty, aesthetics or wellness


• Strong understanding of SEO and analytics


• Confident with social media content creation


• Basic Google Ads knowledge


• Creative, proactive and organised and able to capture digital content with confidence


• Comfortable working in a clinical, patient‑focused environment
