Digital Factory Manager:

TXT Quence, part of the TXT Group, is looking for a Digital Factory Manager to join an important client.

The position will be offered at either Digital Factory Manager Professional or Digital Factory Manager Expert level, depending on the candidate’s skills, experience, and level of autonomy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the technological vision, architecture, and integration strategy of the client’s digital ecosystem, coordinating technology initiatives involving B2B and B2C platforms as well as internal solutions. The role involves strong technical leadership in Software Architecture, IoT, Connected Platforms, and Digital Transformation, contributing to the evolution of digital platforms and connected systems.

The candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, Product and Engineering teams, and technology partners, ensuring technical quality, solution scalability, and the achievement of project objectives.

The successful candidate will work closely with the client and the project’s technical lead, operating with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility.

Main Responsibilities:

Digital Factory Manager Professional

Contribute to defining the technical architecture of digital platforms and connected systems;

Support the design of IoT ecosystems and Cloud/Edge integrations;

Translate functional requirements and business objectives into scalable and sustainable technical solutions;

Provide technical leadership across project streams and support Product and Engineering teams in technology\-related decisions;

Ensure compliance with architectural standards, development best practices, and quality requirements;

Contribute to defining integration strategies across heterogeneous systems and platforms;

Contribute to technical governance and the adoption of Agile methodologies and continuous improvement processes;

Coordinate and monitor project delivery activities, ensuring compliance with technical standards;

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and technology providers on relevant activities;

Support the evolution of digital platforms in terms of reliability, security, maintainability, and scalability.

For the Digital Factory Manager Expert role, the following additional responsibilities apply:

Define and govern the end\-to\-end technical architecture of the entire digital ecosystem;

Act as the primary technical point of contact for the client, business stakeholders, and technology partners;

Define the technology vision and evolution roadmap for digital platforms and connected systems;

Lead the design and evolution of complex IoT ecosystems and Cloud/Edge integrations;

Define integration strategies across B2B and B2C platforms, internal solutions, and connected systems;

Lead Product and Engineering teams in strategic architectural and technology decisions;Promote technical governance, architectural standards, and continuous improvement processes;

Ensure the technical quality, scalability, security, reliability, and sustainability of solutions;

Coordinate technology providers and partners, with direct responsibility for architectural direction;

Define technology roadmaps and lead Digital Transformation initiatives.

Required Technical Skills:

Digital Factory Manager Professional

Experience in designing and evolving distributed software architectures;

Knowledge of Software Architecture and System Integration principles;

Experience in designing end\-to\-end solutions and integrating systems;

Knowledge of IoT ecosystems, Connected Platforms, and Cloud architectures;

Experience in integrating software components, services, and hardware devices;

Knowledge of major IoT communication protocols;

Experience in applying Agile methodologies and structured delivery practices;

Ability to coordinate technical activities and support multidisciplinary teams;

Ability to define integration solutions across heterogeneous systems and platforms;

Good command of both written and spoken Italian and English;

Experience in e\-Mobility, charging infrastructure, and B2B/B2C digital platforms is considered a plus.

For the Digital Factory Manager Expert role, in addition to the skills listed above, the following are required:

Proven experience in governing complex and distributed enterprise software architectures;

Ability to define the architectural vision and technology roadmap for complex digital ecosystems;

Experience in designing large\-scale Edge\-to\-Cloud architectures and Distributed Computing solutions;

Experience in defining enterprise integration strategies across platforms, applications, and heterogeneous systems;

Proven experience in governing complex IoT ecosystems and large\-scale connected platforms;

Proven experience in electric mobility and charging infrastructure environments;

Knowledge of the OCPP protocol and CPMS platforms;

Knowledge of enterprise frameworks and solutions for large\-scale Internet of Things environments;

Experience in defining and managing technology roadmaps and Digital Transformation programs;

Ability to lead strategic architectural decisions and cross\-functional technology initiatives;

Experience in defining technical governance models and enterprise\-wide architectural standards.

The profile is further enhanced by excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, flexibility, and a strong focus on continuous improvement.

Education: Degree in a technical\-scientific, computer science, engineering, or equivalent field of study.

The contract offered for this position is a permanent employment contract. The expected salary for the Digital Factory Manager Professional role ranges from EUR 37,000 to EUR 42,000 gross annual salary, while for the Digital Factory Manager Expert role, the salary range is EUR 43,000 to EUR 48,000 gross annual salary;

The employment relationship will be governed by the CCNL Commercio (Italian National Collective Labour Agreement for the Commerce sector);

The entry level and salary will be determined based on the candidate's actual experience and skills.
