Digital Designer & Marketing Executive
HomeSecure is seeking a talented Digital Designer \& Marketing Executive to join our Marketing Department. This is a creative, hands\-on role for someone with strong graphic design skills and a passion for producing engaging visual content across digital and print channels. They'll also be responsible for our email marketing channels, engaging customers with segmented and personalised campaigns.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high\-quality visual assets for advertising campaigns, website content, email marketing, social media, brochures, leaflets, sales collateral and customer communications. They will play a key role in video creation, editing and content production, ensuring all marketing materials are visually compelling, on\-brand and designed to drive engagement and conversions.
This is a full\-time permanent position with a salary of €37,000 per year, plus up to 15% bonus (paid quarterly). Candidates must have 2\-3 years' experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
Design:
- Design and create eye\-catching visual content for digital advertising campaigns, social media, website pages, email marketing and print materials.
- Work closely with the lead generation manager and website manager to create promotion assets for various sales promotion
- Use video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro to create helpful how to guides for customers, video assets for ads and website content
- Produce high\-quality graphics, brochures, leaflets, sales collateral and customer\-facing marketing assets that align with HomeSecure's brand guidelines.
- Work with key business stakeholders to map out impactful customer comms journeys, predominantly on email but also whats app and sms
- Design, launch, monitor and optimise email marketing campaigns.
- Support and enhance HomeSecure's lead and customer email automated journeys
- Re\-launch HomeSecure's monthly customer newsletter
- Develop creative assets for A/B testing, including imagery, graphics, CTAs, subject lines and email templates.
- Participate in weekly management meetings to gain wider exposure to business and identify opportunities to help departments with improved communication journeys
- Work across departments to develop creative solutions that support communication objectives.
- Manage communication with external parties (eg printers, agencies, photographers)
- Email marketing experience 2\-3 years desirable using tools such a Klaviyo
- Strong graphic design skills with experience creating digital and print marketing materials.
- Advanced Canva skills and experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or equivalent)
- AI tools such as Gemini, Sora, Shutterstock knowledge also preferable
- Experience designing advertisements, website content, brochures, leaflets, presentations and email campaigns
- Video filming, editing and motion graphics experience desirable but not mandatory
- Strong understanding of visual branding, typography, layout and user engagement principles
- Experience in managing social media accounts including creating and posting videos and other content
- Growth mindset with the ability to think laterally and implement change quickly
- High level of English and copywriting skills
- Be able to clearly communicate key findings and suggested development tactics
- Pro\-active person, who is a self\-starter and brings ideas to life
