HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Delvaux is seeking a versatile and innovative Digital Content \& Social Media Manager to elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. This role demands a unique blend of artistic vision and strategic social media management skills. You will be responsible for the ideation, development, and implementation of social media campaigns and content across all of Delvaux’s social media accounts, leading the narrative and art direction for our social content creation and platform management. A creative, commercial, and analytical approach is essential as you collaborate with various teams and curate compelling, social\-first content that embodies our tone of voice and brand aesthetic.

*MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:*

• Lead the visual direction of our brand on social media, ensuring a cohesive and compelling visual identity.


• Conceptualize and execute captivating visual content, including graphics, videos, and other multimedia elements.


• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and overall online presence.


• Manage day\-to\-day social media activities, including scheduling and community engagement.


• Lead the creation of visually on\-brand content tailored for various social media platforms.


• Collaborate with cross\-functional teams including Image and Creative Direction, Marketing, Retail, Press, and Events.


• Monitor social media analytics to assess the performance of campaigns and content, providing insights for continuous improvement.


• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging social media platforms to keep strategies current and effective.

We are looking for a candidate who:

• Has proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.


• Possesses proficiency in graphic design tools, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and visually impactful work.


• Demonstrates in\-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, WeChat, Red).


• Exhibits strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast\-paced environment.


• Has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.


• Is incredibly detail\-oriented and organized.


• Is autonomous and proactive.


• Has a strong passion for luxury and fashion.


• Is fluent in English.
