We're a Dublin\-based content marketing agency. We turn ambitious business owners into recognised industry leaders through consistent, high\-quality video and social content. We work across property, home improvement, automotive, and commercial sectors.
We don't produce a few flagship pieces a month. We produce 80–100 reels every month across our client base — high volume, high velocity, high standard. That only works if someone is the brain behind the operation.
That's the Content Producer. That's you.
The Role
Your job is to own the content pipeline from idea to finished reel. You start at "what are we making this month?" and finish at "approved, edited, ready to schedule."
You're not the one shooting the videos (we have a Content Shooter). You're not the one editing (we have editors). You're the one who decides:
- What we're going to make and why
- Which trend, hook, or angle will land for which client
- How the client should appear on screen
- What needs to change in the edit before it ships
What You'll Own
1\. Content ideation \& market research
- Daily monitoring of what's trending on TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts
- Build and maintain an inspo bank and hook library for every client niche
- Bring 10 fresh creative concepts to each client's bi\-monthly Creative Strategy Call (CSC)
- Run competitor and market research to ground every concept in what's working right now
- Write tight video scripts that perform — hook\-first, no corporate fluff
- Develop visual concepts (location, props, angle, structure) for every reel
- Brief the Content Shooter on what we need from each shoot day
- Brief editors on how each piece should be cut
- Pitch concepts to the client and gather feedback
- Get every script approved before shoot day
- Walk the client through the call sheet
- Be the calm, clear voice from "idea sent" through to "edit signed off"
- On location with the client, guiding them through their performance
- Translating the script into the real shoot, in real time
- Making fast creative calls when something isn't working
- Capturing supplementary content (B\-roll, behind\-the\-scenes) where useful
- Track every reel from concept to live — 80–100 pieces/month
- Hand off to editors with clear, complete briefs
- Review every edit before the client sees it
- Flag delays before they become missed deadlines
Must\-haves
- 2\+ years in a content production, content strategy, or social media role
- Deeply online — you know who's blowing up on TikTok this week and why
- Strong scriptwriting — short\-form video, direct response, hook\-first
- Confident on shoot days — you can direct a non\-actor (a business owner) through a script and make them feel good doing it
- Excellent project management — you can keep 80\+ pieces of content moving without losing track
- Sharp written English — scripts and client messages are public\-facing
- Driving licence (some shoots are off\-site)
- Comfortable working in\-office in Dublin 12, 5 days a week
- Genuinely curious about why some content works and other content dies
- Detail\-obsessed but fast — you finish things, you don't perfect them forever
- Comfortable owning client relationships, including the hard conversations
- Calm under pressure when a shoot day goes sideways
- Ambitious — you want to grow into a senior strategy seat, not coast
- Experience in property, automotive, home improvement, or commercial sectors
- Worked in an agency (not just in\-house)
- Familiar with Notion, Trello, Frame.io, SocialPilot
- Reads content performance data (saves, watch time, comments) and adjusts strategy
- €32,500 – €39,000 base salary, depending on experience
- A clear path to a senior Profit\-Share seat for proven strategic performers — adds quarterly profit\-share on top of the base bonus structure

- Week 1: Shadow on every CSC, shoot, and edit review. Meet every team member. Read every active Notion content plan.
- Month 1: Co\-run your first CSC with the MD. Write your first batch of scripts. Lead one shoot day with a returning client.
- Month 3: Own a portfolio of client pipelines end\-to\-end. Bring 10 fresh concepts to each CSC. Run shoots solo. MD reviews only at sign\-off.
