Overview
We have a new opportunity for a Digital Content Manager to plan, create, manage, and optimise content across digital channels, campaigns, and customer communications. This role is ideal for someone who can take complex B2B and B2G concepts, technologies, and value propositions and turn them into clear, engaging, and commercially effective content across multiple formats and audiences.
The successful candidate will work with the marketing team on planning content, ensure brand consistency, and use modern AI and content tools to improve efficiency, creativity, and performance.
Working on a hybrid basis, you will based from our friendly and comfortable offices which are located conveniently close to Westminster, St James Park and Victoria stations.
What you’ll be doing
- Develop and manage the visual content strategy to drive increased engagement with all Arqit content
- Create compelling content across web, social, email, blogs, case studies, presentations, campaigns, and sales enablement materials.
- Creation of digital, video and written content for multiple channels using direct input \& AI tools.
- Work with the Product Marketing team to translate complex technical, commercial, and industry information into simple, engaging, audience\-appropriate messaging.
- Produce content tailored to multiple stakeholder groups across a complex B2B and B2G sales pipeline, including partners, enterprise customers, and industry audiences.
- Repurpose long\-form content into short\-form assets across multiple channels and formats.
- Create more video content to use across our channels including interviews, shorts, demos, etc
- Use AI\-powered tools to support content ideation, drafting, editing, SEO optimisation, and workflow efficiency.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and subject matter experts to develop accurate and compelling content.
- Manage various content tools including demo software, website and others as required
- Maintain brand tone of voice, messaging consistency, and editorial standards.
- Optimise content for SEO, engagement, lead generation, and conversion.
- Track content performance and use insights to improve future activity.
- Manage content workflows, approvals, and deadlines.
- Exceptional editing, and storytelling skills.
- Basic design or video\-editing skills.
- Proven ability to simplify complex or technical subject matter into engaging, accessible content.
- Experience creating content for B2B or B2G audiences
- Strong understanding of multi\-format content creation, including written, visual, presentation, email, and social content.
- Confidence using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, or similar platforms to support content production and optimisation.
- Technical and commercial competence
- Ability to manage technical tooling and recommend best options
- Good understanding of SEO, analytics, and content performance metrics.
- Experience with CMS platforms, email tools, social scheduling tools, and analytics platforms.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and editorial judgement.
Nice to have, but not essential
- Experience in technology, cybersecurity, SaaS, telecoms, or enterprise markets.
- Understanding of AI governance, fact\-checking, and responsible AI use in content creation.
