Digital Content Creator \& Events coordinator

We are looking for a creative, organised, and music\-focused Digital Content Creator \& Events coordinator to join our venue team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys live music, understands social media culture, and has a background or interest in events and bookings.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating promotional content for upcoming shows and venue activity, managing social media channels, and supporting the team with general event\-day operations \- including booking and events management

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation \& Videography

• Film and edit promotional videos for upcoming events, artists, and venue campaigns


• Capture live event footage, crowd atmosphere, backstage moments, and artist content


• Create short\-form social content for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts


• Produce graphics, reels, teasers, and recap videos


• Maintain a consistent visual style and brand identity across content

• Assist with planning and scheduling social media content


• Manage day\-to\-day posting across venue platforms


• Write captions and promotional copy for events and announcements


• Monitor engagement and help grow the venue’s online presence


• Respond to messages/comments where required

• Assist the venue team during live events and club nights


• Support artist arrivals, backstage coordination, and general event operations


• Help with promotional activity before and during events


• Work collaboratively with promoters, DJs, artists, and venue staff


• Booking Club and Live shows in accordance with the events program

• Experience filming and editing video content


• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and current social trends


• Proficiency with editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCut


• Photography skills are a bonus


• Interest in music, nightlife, live events, or club culture


• Ability to work evenings and weekends when events require


• Creative, reliable, and able to work independently

We’re looking for someone with a strong creative eye who can help showcase the atmosphere and personality of the venue online, as well as contribute to creating events at the venue. The ideal candidate is proactive, comfortable working in fast\-paced live environments, and passionate about music and events culture.
