Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and tactics designed to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads.

  • Plan and manage full-cycle marketing campaigns from initial strategy through execution, measurement, and optimization.

  • Experiment with organic and paid acquisition channels, including content marketing, advertising, social media, publicity, lead-generation campaigns, and events.

  • Lead the planning and execution of partner webinars, in-person events, presentations, RSVPs, and related activities.

  • Research relevant industry expos, networking opportunities, and other events, and represent the organization when appropriate.

  • Create valuable, engaging, and platform-appropriate content for WeChat and other Chinese social channels.

  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with relevant industry players and organizations.

  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, identify insights, and measure progress against established goals.

  • Leverage AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to improve marketing productivity, content creation, and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements


  • Native-like fluency in both spoken and written Chinese.

  • Strong familiarity with Chinese social media platforms, particularly WeChat, Xiaohongshu, and similar channels.

  • Previous experience in marketing through internships, campus organizations, professional roles, or related activities.

  • Working knowledge of the U.S. college application and admissions process.

  • Strong time-management, organization, and prioritization skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives and event-related activities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Understanding of current marketing trends, emerging channels, and industry best practices.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and translate insights into action.

  • Interest in using AI tools to improve marketing efficiency and output.
