A bit about us:

Most of our customers are local business owners, with service businesses making up a large part of our client base.

Job purpose:

To manage and grow client relationships across Local Pages digital products and services, ensuring clients receive clear communication, well\-managed projects and measurable performance improvements. 4\. Monitor project progress, identify risks and escalate delays or issues early.

5\. Review performance data and turn it into clear, practical updates for clients and colleagues.

6\. Build strong relationships and help clients understand the value of the work being delivered.

7\. Identify account growth opportunities where additional services would genuinely support the client’s goals.

  • Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word. Comfortable using CRM, reporting or project management systems. Able to interpret data and explain results clearly to clients. Clean driving licence preferred for client visits.

  • Customer\-focused, organised, proactive and commercially aware. Strong communicator with excellent written and spoken English. Able to work under pressure, manage priorities and avoid overpromising without delivery alignment.

  • GCSE or equivalent in English and maths.

  • The role will require a flexible approach to workload, working times, client visits and office attendance. Undertake other reasonable duties when required.
Nice to have:
  • Agency experience. Previous digital marketing experience. Experience managing external partners or freelancers.

  • Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Business Profile, Looker Studio, SEMrush or similar SEO/reporting tools. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
