Our core agency, Success Local, works with a broad range of SMEs across different sectors, delivering services including SEO, Google Ads, social media advertising, reporting and website support. Alongside this, we are developing specialist sister brands, including CliniqCraft, which focuses on supporting aesthetics clinics, with further niche brands planned for the future.
As our group grows, we are looking for a motivated Digital Account Manager to join the team and support the development of strong client relationships, managing client work and being part of a business that is continuing to evolve.

At Success Local, we’re on the lookout for a talented and enthusiastic Digital Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a firm grasp of the latest SEO and digital marketing practices, exceptional customer relationship skills, and impeccable organisational abilities. This role is pivotal in managing client accounts, driving performance, and nurturing strong client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
1\. Client Communication
Definition:Own the client relationship, ensuring clear, proactive, and commercially focused communication that builds trust and demonstrates value.

- Acts as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication through meetings, calls, and video updates.
- Discusses campaign progress, performance insights, and next steps with confidence and clarity.
- Connects marketing activity to client business goals, demonstrating ROI and commercial impact.
- Builds strong relationships through transparency, reliability, and strategic advice.
- Proactively identifies potential challenges and collaborates internally to resolve them quickly.
Definition:Drives client growth by identifying and presenting additional opportunities that align with business goals and deliver measurable results.

- Regularly reviews client performance data, identifying cross\-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Prepares recommendations and proposals that link directly to the client’s objectives and measurable outcomes.
- Collaborates with channel specialists and the Head of Delivery to validate strategic recommendations.

- Collaborates with internal teams to adjust plans based on data insights and evolving client needs.

- Ensures website development projects for your digital marketing clients progress smoothly from scoping to delivery.
- Anticipates bottlenecks and takes ownership of resolving them proactively.
- Maintains accurate records of client projects, ensuring accountability and visibility at every stage.
Definition:Executes digital marketing activity – including SEO, PPC, and paid social campaigns – to deliver measurable results for assigned clients.

- Builds and optimises campaigns across relevant channels, aligning activity with strategic goals.
- Delivers the strategy for some of their own clients.
- Monitors performance metrics and identifies areas for improvement.
- Produces accurate, timely reporting that demonstrates the commercial impact of marketing activity.
- Ensures campaign execution reflects best practice and aligns with client expectations.
- 2\+ years’ experience in a digital marketing or account management role, ideally within an agency environment.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships end\-to\-end — from onboarding and strategy development through to delivery and performance reporting.
- Strong experience in planning, executing, and optimising SEO, PPC, and paid social campaigns, with a focus on achieving measurable ROI.
- Confident communicator with experience presenting strategies, reports, and recommendations to senior client stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in identifying and developing upsell or cross\-sell opportunities that align with client objectives.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects, teams, and timelines effectively.
- Solid understanding of digital performance metrics and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar).
- Strong commercial awareness — able to link marketing activity directly to client business outcomes.
- Proficient in tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and project management systems.
- Collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to lead discussions across internal teams.
- High attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering work that meets or exceeds client expectations.
- A degree or professional qualification in marketing, business, or communications is beneficial but not essential — equivalent experience is valued.
- Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.
- 4\-Day working week (40 weeks of the year)
