DevOps/SRE Engineer [Hybrid, Portugal]

We are looking for a DevOps/SRE Engineer with solid experience in automation, observability, system reliability, and platform engineering practices.
Location: Portugal
Work Model: Hybrid – on\-site frequency and location to be defined

Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and maintain robust and efficient CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of critical services.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
- Monitor systems and build observability dashboards using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and OpenTelemetry.
- Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Implement security practices across pipelines, environments, and operational workflows, following DevSecOps principles.
- Collaborate with Development, QA, and Product teams to optimize the software delivery lifecycle.
- Create clear technical documentation, operational procedures, and internal standards.
- Requirements
- 4–5 years of professional experience in DevOps, SRE, or similar roles.
- Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar.
- Solid knowledge of containers and orchestration technologies, particularly Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi, or equivalent Infrastructure as Code tools.
- Experience with at least one major cloud provider: Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools and practices.
- Solid understanding of networking, protocols, security, and troubleshooting.
- Scripting experience using Bash, PowerShell, and/or Python.
- Experience working with distributed architectures and microservices.
- Availability to work in a hybrid model in Portugal, with on\-site frequency and location to be defined.
