At home or in the office, or any mix you like</li><li>Working for strong brands and clients we believe in</li><li>30 days vacation per year</li><li>Company Benefits</li><li>Urban Sports Club</li><li>Nice people in welcoming teams</li></ul><p><strong>What you can expect</strong></p><p><u>Cloud, Platform & Automation </u></p><ul><li>Design and operate scalable cloud infrastructures and platform setups</li><li>Automate deployments, environments, and operational processes</li><li>Build reliable foundations for fast, stable, and traceable releases </li></ul><p><u>Security by Design</u></p><ul><li>Integrate security early into development and operations</li><li>Define and enforce standards across infrastructure, access, secrets, and data flows</li><li>Identify risks early and implement pragmatic, maintainable solutions </li></ul><p><u>Reliability, Monitoring & Collaboration</u></p><ul><li>Ensure observability, availability, and resilience of systems</li><li>Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and product teams</li><li>Bring structure to complex environments and balance speed with quality</li></ul><p><strong>What we'd love to see</strong></p><ul><li>Several years of experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Operations</li><li>Strong knowledge of CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and cloud architectures</li><li>Experience with container technologies and automated deployment pipelines</li><li>Solid understanding of security principles, IAM, secrets management, and distributed systems security</li><li>Hands-on experience with monitoring, logging, incident handling, and troubleshooting</li><li>Familiarity with tools like Terraform, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar</li><li>Experience with GCP, Kubernetes, or Cloud Run is a plus</li><li>Exposure to security automation, policy enforcement, or vulnerability scanning</li><li>Experience with AI/data platforms or production AI systems is a plus</li><li>Understanding of FinOps and cost-aware infrastructure is beneficial</li><li>Clear, pragmatic communication of complex technical topics</li><li>Fluent in German and/or English (B2–C1)</li><li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Work permit for Germany and at least one year of work onsite in Germany</span></li></ul><p><span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 13px;">You’ll be the backbone of secure and scalable delivery, bridging internal platforms and client projects.
