About the Role
You will work with the development of packaging material and converting solutions in an environment where performance, functionality, and production quality are in constant focus. The role sits close to both engineering and production, which means you will help improve equipment and processes that are used in a technically advanced converting setup. You will collaborate with experienced colleagues, support stakeholders across the organization, and contribute to work that moves from investigation and testing into practical improvements. This is a great opportunity for you if you enjoy combining hands-on engineering, analysis, and continuous development in a complex industrial setting.
Job DescriptionYou will develop and maintain converting equipment and processes together with colleagues in an agile team.
You will support internal and external stakeholders with your technical knowledge.
You will collaborate with converting factories to help secure efficient production and consistent quality.
You will represent your area of expertise in internal and external forums.
You will plan investigations and tests, execute them, and analyze the results.
You will write development reports and follow up on findings and progress.
You will take initiative and drive improvements proactively.
You will improve the performance and functionality of mechanical components.
You will work closely with other agile teams and contribute where cross-team support is needed.
RequirementsMaster’s degree in Engineering or a similar field.
Fluent English.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with complexity and ambiguity.
A natural drive for problem solving, coordination, and delivering results.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Strong collaboration skills.
Ability to complete a drug test before the assignment starts.
Nice to haveExperience in the product development process within the packaging area.
Good knowledge of Swedish.
