Hexcel is currently seeking a Developer (Full Stack, Cloud, AI \& Platform Delivery) for our Duxford, UK location.

Role Purpose

We are seeking a highly hands\-on Developer to design, build, and deliver modern enterprise applications across the full software lifecycle. This is an end\-to\-end ownership role, responsible not only for development but also for build, deployment, release, and production support. You will work across the full stack while embedding AI\-driven capabilities, including prompt\-engineered and data\-grounded (RAG\-based) solutions, into business applications. Over time, you will contribute to platform design, architectural direction, and engineering standards, with a clear path toward technical leadership.

Qualifications:

• Strong hands\-on experience with:


• C\# / .NET


• React


• Bicep (Infrastructure as Code)


• CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions)


• GitHub workflows


• Containerisation (Docker)


• Prompt engineering for LLM\-based solutions (structured prompting, chaining, and output validation)


• Experience building or integrating Retrieval\-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines (e.g. embeddings, vector search, data grounding)


• Proven experience delivering end\-to\-end solutions into production


• Experience building APIs and microservices


• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure


• DevOps, Cloud \& Platform Engineering


• AI \& Modern Development


• Excellent problem\-solving and analytical thinking


• Proactive, self\-driven learner
