Working on\-site in Raunheim from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5 pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Perform some Smart Hands support for networking hardware.
- Troubleshoot within Windows / iOS / Android OS support, software installations, and security updates.
- Manage Active Directory tasks.
- Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues (LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi\-Fi).
- 1\-3 years’ experience in IT infrastructure support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and operating system issues. As a Level 1 engineer, you will resolve issues while adhering to hardware warranty and customer security compliance standards
- Familiar with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and RDP.
- Native German speakers and a minimum of B2 level of English
- Good command of Windows O/S
- Microsoft Office 365 troubleshooting experience
- Wireless networking knowledge
- Understanding of network protocols, server hardware and configurations
- Experience with Active Directory
- Advantage: Basic knowledge of LAN\-WAN setups and concepts
- Salary : € 54,367 gross per year, depending on your technical skills, which will be evaluated through a technical assessment. This is a 12 month contract with possibility of renewal.
