Due to continued growth and expansion, JK. Interiors are seeking a Design and Procurement Coordinator to join our Team and help shape the future of our business.
We are looking for an individual with a strong background in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or Hospitality Design Management who combines creativity, commercial awareness and leadership skills with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
The role is to work with the JKI Team to provide both design and procurement support.

With over 20 years of experience as FF\&E specialists, JK. Interiors delivers bespoke hospitality design, procurement and project management services for hotels, resorts, cruise ships, trains and luxury hospitality environments.

The Role
As a Design and Procurement Coordinator you will work with the JKI team to provide both design and procurement support.
Key Responsibilities
· In conjunction with the JKI Senior Designer, create full design concepts for projects based on the client/client designer brief
· Conduct research on FF\&E for the project and source as required
· Prepare for client presentations by creating mood boards, floorplans, drawings and elevations
· Budgeting of jobs, compiling supplier quotes and producing tender recommendations
· Raise purchase orders and manage the procurement process from order to delivery
· Collate supplier invoices, track spend, and reconcile budgets as needed
· Place FF\&E orders and organise the shipping of fabrics, furniture, artwork, and accessories
· Follow up with suppliers on lead times, quotes and ensure delivery timelines are met
· Work with the project team to negotiate delivery dates with suppliers and push them to reach these targets
· Organise and manage the samples library
· Research new products, materials, and suppliers
· Type up and organise meeting notes, project status updates, and deliverables
· Maintain organised client folders and ensure all correspondence related to the project is saved centrally and accessible
· Read architectural plans and produce scaled sketches, drawings, and room layouts
· Attend on\-site visits to carry out snagging and follow up on any issues with manufacturers or suppliers
About You
You must have the ability to communicate confidently, both spoken and written. You will be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills. You will have a professional manner when dealing with clients and suppliers.
Essential
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Numerate, with the ability to manage budgets and procurement data
· Willingness to learn and grow within the role
· Proficient in design software packages, Microsoft Office 365, and Adobe Suite.
Desirable
· Understanding of procurement processes and supply chain management.

Location
Our studio is based in a beautiful rural setting in Reigate, Surrey, close to Gatwick Airport.
Full UK driving licence preferred
This is primarily an office\-based role with occasional UK travel as projects require.
