You’ll be mentored by senior RF engineers and gain hands‑on experience in iBwave modelling, CW surveys, link budgets, commissioning and KPI verification.
Key Responsibilities
· Design in‑building DMR and cellular systems (2G/3G/4G/5G) using iBwave, including 3D modelling, propagation prediction, antenna layouts, component selection, cable routing and BoMs.
· Support the sales process with system solutions and proposal documents
· Assist with the preparation system designs, system\-handover documentation, etc.
· Conduct \& support on‑site design surveys: RF system planning, cable route checks and installation planning.
· Measure and analyse RF data.
· Perform link‑budget calculations and complete basic ICNIRP exposure assessments under guidance.
· Assist with commissioning, integration, testing and troubleshooting, documenting results.
· Collaborate with project managers, installers and client stakeholders to ensure delivery on time, scope and quality.
What You Will Learn
· DMR \& Cellular fundamentals for DAS and small cells (topologies, RF over Fibre, passive/hybrid).
· iBwave proficiency, RF survey methods, KPI‑based optimisation.
Required Qualifications
