Deputy Terminal Manager (m/w/d)
Ihre Aufgaben:
Führung \& Organisation
- Vertretung des Betriebsleiters Terminal bei Abwesenheit
- Führung des Teams zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebsablaufs
- Unterstützung bei Mitarbeitergesprächen
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften (EKAS, SUVA)
- Schnittstellenkommunikation zu internen Abteilungen
- Gate\-Abfertigung und Kontrolle im Rahmen der Check\-in\-Prozesse
- Disposition der Verkehrsträger (Bahn / Schiff / LKW)
- Sicherstellung eines termingerechten und fachgerechten Containerumschlags
- Verantwortung für die korrekte Lagerung im Terminal/Depot
- Durchführung und Koordination von Terminaldienstleistungen (z. B. Wiegen, Zollrevisionen, Reparaturen, Stuffing/Stripping)
- Mitarbeit in Projekten
- Teilnahme an Teamsitzungen und Mitarbeiterinformationen
- Abgeschlossene Berufslehre von Vorteil
- 2–3 Jahre Erfahrung im Logistik\- oder Umschlagbereich
- Staplerschein sowie kaufmännische Erfahrung von Vorteil
- Gute MS\-Office\-Kenntnisse
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
- Hohe Lernbereitschaft und Teamfähigkeit
- Flexibilität, Zuverlässigkeit sowie Bereitschaft zu Schicht\- und Samstagsarbeit
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Verantwortungsvolle Position mit Entwicklungsperspektive
